TROUBLESHOOTING TECHNIQUES:
- Always make sure that you are accessing the Housinng Portal by first logging into your Student Portal.
- Use a different browser. Do NOT use Internet Explorer.
- Use different WiFi connections
- Remove any pop-up blockers
- Use a different device (laptop, ipad, or cell phone)
If you have used all troubleshooting techniques above and you are still not able to get in, please contact Housing Operations.
- Send email to housing@gcu.edu
- Include your name and student id number
- Screenshot/video your Housing Portal
ATTENTION NEW GCU STUDENTS: You must hold a class scheduled for at least 24 hours before you can access the Housing Portal. Example: if you are scheduled for classes today, you will have access to the Housing Portal tomorrow.
